Doug Cureton is the Founder and Senior Training Consultant for CreativiTEAM. Doug brings over 30 years of professional education, training and development experience to design and deliver impactful programs.  CreativiTEAM’s clients include colleges and universities, corporations, social service agencies and community organizations. Doug is an invited speaker and presenter at many national conferences presenting keynote addresses, workshops and training seminars.

Doug’s has served as the Director for Training and Career Services at the United States Fund for UNICEF and the National Director of Training for the Anti-Defamation League – A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE Institute, both in New York City. Doug presently serves as a Senior Training Consultant for the Institute and he continues to train and facilitate programs for major corporations, community agencies and law enforcement agencies including DuPont, AT&T, the American Red Cross, the FBI and the CIA.

Doug is a contributing author in the book “Let Your Leadership Speak! How To Lead and Be Heard.” and “Lessons From The Road”.

Doug currently volunteers as a Lead Facilitator for the SHANTI LIFE Program at the Pride Center of Equality Park to explore and improve the quality of life for individuals dealing with HIV and AIDS.

As an advocate of creative entrepreneurship, Doug owns and manages Some Men Like It Haute Men’s Consignment Store, and Terrazzo Vacation Apartments in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
